EK DUM NAYE TARIKE SE BANAYE MASALEDAR ARBI KI GRAVY || ARBI MASALA GRAVY RECIPE  BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Taro Root (Arbi) - 1/2 Kg (Cut into 2 equal halfs)
  2. Onion - 2 Big (Chopped)
  3. Tomato - 1 Big (Chopped)
  4. Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
  5. Dry Mango Powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Cumin Seeds Powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
  9. Coriander Powder - 2 tbsp
  10. Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 tsp
  11. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  12. Carom Seeds - A little less than 1 tsp
  13. Curd - 2 tbsp or 1/2 Cup
  14. Green Coriander - Few
  15. Green Chilli - 2
  16. Sal
  17. Oil - 2 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Take some salt & rub against both palms & peel taro root. Take a bowl, add water, salt, put the taro root & keep aside.
  2. Heat a cooker, add oil. Add cumin seeds, carom seeds & saute.
  3. Add onion & saute.
  4. Add green chilli & saute. Add tomatoes & saute, add a little salt & saute. Add all masalas except for garam masala powder & saute. Add a little water & saute.
  5. After 3-4 mins, add taro root & mix well.
  6. After 2-3 mins, add curd & mix well.
  7. Add garam masala powder & mix well & green coriander & mix well.
  8. After 5-6 mins, add 1/2 glass of water. Put the lid & bring cooker on full pressure on high flame & cook till 3-4 whistles.
  9. Let the cooker cool down at room temperature, transfer it into an open vessel. Cover & cook on high flame for another 2 mins.
  10. Serve hot.
