- Chana Dal - 2 Cups (Soaked in water for overnight)
- Spinach - 1 Bunch (Soaked)
- Onion - 1 (Sliced)
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Green Chilli - 6-7
- Soda Bi-carb - Less than 1/4 tsp
- Oil - For Frying
- Take a mixer jar, add chana dal, green chilli coarsely grind it.
- Take a bowl, transfer grounded dal into it. Add all ingredients (4-6,2-3) mix well. Put the lid, keep aside to rest 2-3 hours.
- After 2-3 hour, mix it well for once. Add salt, soda bi-carb & mix well.
- Heat oil in a karahi for frying, take some mixture, roll & press against the palms & give shape.
- Put it in hot oil & let it fry till it turns golden brown.
- Serve hot.
