PALAK DAL MASALA VADA RECIPE || VADA RECIPES || SNACKS RECIPES  BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Chana Dal - 2 Cups (Soaked in water for overnight)
  2. Spinach - 1 Bunch (Soaked)
  3. Onion - 1 (Sliced)
  4. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp
  5. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  7. Green Chilli - 6-7
  8. Soda Bi-carb - Less than 1/4 tsp
  9. Oil - For Frying
METHOD:
  1. Take a mixer jar, add chana dal, green chilli coarsely grind it.
  2. Take a bowl, transfer grounded dal into it. Add all ingredients (4-6,2-3) mix well. Put the lid, keep aside to rest 2-3 hours.
  3. After 2-3 hour, mix it well for once. Add salt, soda bi-carb & mix well.
  4. Heat oil in a karahi for frying, take some mixture, roll & press against the palms & give shape.
  5. Put it in hot oil & let it fry till it turns golden brown.
  6. Serve hot.
