1. RAGI KI ROTI:
INGREDIENTS:
- Ragi - 4 Spoon
- Wheat - 1 Spoon
- Salt - To taste
- Take a bowl, add all ingredients & mix well, knead dough by adding water.
- Take some amount & roll in small balls.
- Dust some wheat flour on a rolling pan, take one dough ball & give the shape of a roti.
- Heat a pan. Put the rolled roti on it, cook it until fully cooked from inside-out.
- Serve hot with Gaur phalli aur aloo ki sabzi, Tomato & mint chutney & Lehsun ki chutney.
INGREDIENTS:
- Rice - 1 Cup
- Rice Flour - 3 Spoons
- Salt - to taste
- Take a mixer jar. Add cooked rice & grind finely or until it gets sticky. Transfer it into a bowl.
- Add salt to taste. Add rice flour occasionally & knead the dough.
- Dust some flour on the rolling pan & knead for few seconds. Make dough balls in equal portion.
- Dust some flour on the rolling pan & give the shape of the roti.
- Serve hot with Dal, Curry & Sabzi.
3. BAJRE KI ROTI:
INGREDIENTS:
- Bajra flour - 1 Cup
- Wheat Flour - 1/2 Cup
METHOD:
- Take a bowl, add both the flour & knead the dough by adding water. Take a rolling pan. Dust some flour, divide the dough into equal portions, roll the dough & give the shape of a roti.
- Heat a pan, put roti. Sprinkle some water all over the roti & cook.
- Spread some ghee on the roti.
- Serve hot with Dal & Sabzi etc.
