NAYE TARIKE SE BANAYE PHUL GOBHI AUR ALOO KI SABZI || VEG SABZI BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Cauliflower - 250 gms (Cut into small pieces)
  2. Potatoes - 3-4 (Cut into small cubes)
  3. Onion - 1 Big (Sliced)
  4. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Kasoori meethi - 1 tbsp
  6. Curd - 2 tbsp
  7. Cumin & Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  8. Green Chilli - 3-4 (Chopped)
  9. Green Coriander - 3-4 (Chopped)
  10. Curry leaves - Few
  11. Salt - to taste
  12. Oil - 1 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl, add cauliflower, salt to taste & soak in water.
  2. Heat oil in a karahi. Add cumin & mustard seeds, curry leaves, onion & saute.
  3. Add green chilli & saute.
  4. Add potatoes & mix well.
  5. After 2-3 mins, add cauliflower & mix well.
  6. Add Turmeric powder, cover & cook on low flame. Stir occasionally.
  7. After 5 mins, add salt to taste. Add Curd & mix well. Turn the flame to high, add green coriander & mix well.
  8. Cover & cook on low flame for 2-3 mins. After 2-3 mins, add kasoori meethi & mix well.
  9. Serve hot with roti, dal & rice.
