NAYE TARIKE SE BANAYE PHUL GOBHI AUR ALOO KI SABZI || VEG SABZI BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 15-20 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 20-25 Mins
- SERVINGS: 3-4
- Cauliflower - 250 gms (Cut into small pieces)
- Potatoes - 3-4 (Cut into small cubes)
- Onion - 1 Big (Sliced)
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Kasoori meethi - 1 tbsp
- Curd - 2 tbsp
- Cumin & Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Green Chilli - 3-4 (Chopped)
- Green Coriander - 3-4 (Chopped)
- Curry leaves - Few
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 1 Spoon
- Take a bowl, add cauliflower, salt to taste & soak in water.
- Heat oil in a karahi. Add cumin & mustard seeds, curry leaves, onion & saute.
- Add green chilli & saute.
- Add potatoes & mix well.
- After 2-3 mins, add cauliflower & mix well.
- Add Turmeric powder, cover & cook on low flame. Stir occasionally.
- After 5 mins, add salt to taste. Add Curd & mix well. Turn the flame to high, add green coriander & mix well.
- Cover & cook on low flame for 2-3 mins. After 2-3 mins, add kasoori meethi & mix well.
- Serve hot with roti, dal & rice.
