खजूर और अंजीर के लड्ड || KHAJOOR AUR ANJEER KE LADOO || DATES & DRY FIGS LADDU
- PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 25-30 Mins
- Dates - 1/2 Kg (Deseed)
- Dry Figs - (Soaked in milk for 30-35 mins)
- Dry Fruits - as required (Almonds, Cashewnuts, Pistachios, Walnuts, Raisins, all Coarsely grounded except for Raisins)
- Milk - 1/2 glass (If required)
- Desiccated Coconut - 2 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Ghee - 1 tbsp
- Heat ghee in a pan. Add green cardamom powder.
- Add dates & saute.
- Add soaked figs with milk & mix well.
- Put the lid & cook on low flame.
- Add 1/2 glass of milk & mix well.
- Add sugar & mix.
- Add desiccated coconut & mix well.
- Add coarsely grounded dry fruits & mix well. Turn the flame off & keep aside to cool down at room temperature.
- Make laddu when the mixture is lukewarm. Take some amount on palm & give shape.
- Coat with desiccated coconut & place cashew on top & keep aside.
- You can store it in an airtight container or jar.
- This can be stored for 15-20 days.
- To store for more days keep it in the refrigerator.
