TANDOORI CHICKEN WITHOUT OVEN OR TANDOOR || TANDOORI CHICKEN ON PAN || CHICKEN RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Chicken - 1 Kg (Small & deep cuts)
  2. Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  3. Tandoori chicken masala - 1 tsp
  4. Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
  5. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  6. Tomato red food color - 1/4 tsp
  7. Curd - 1 cup
  8. Lemon - 1/2
  9. Charcoal - 1-2
  10. Salt - to taste
  11. Butter - 1 tbsp
  12. Oil - 1 tbsp
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl. Add curd & strain it, remove excess water.
  2. Take a bowl, add chicken, all masalas, salt to taste & mix well.
  3. Add curd & mix well.
  4. Add lemon & mix well. Keep aside for 1 1/2 hr for marination in the refrigerator.
  5. Heat a pan. Add oil & butter.
  6. Put chicken one by one & cover & cook. 
  7. After 5 mins, turn chicken pieces. Put the lid & simmer. Let the water dry.
  8. Once the water dries, cook chicken pieces without a lid.
  9. Turn the chicken pieces & fry well on low flame.
  10. Turn the flame off. Keep aside the pan.
  11. Put charcoal on direct flame. Take out.
  12. Place charcoal in between the chicken pieces, pour ghee on it & put the lid.
  13. Spread butter, sprinkle jaljira powder.
  14. Serve hot.
