SOUTH INDIAN MUTTON SALAN || MUTTON KORMA || MUTTON RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
- Mutton pieces - 1/2 kg
- Onion - 2 Big (Sliced)
- Tomato - 2 Big (Sliced)
- Curd - 4 tbsp
- Dry coconut powder - 2 tbsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder - 4 tbsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Carrom seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Green chilli - 2-3
- Green coriander - few
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 2 Spoon
METHOD:
- Heat oil in a cooker. Add all spices & saute.
- Add onion & saute until golden brown.
- Add tomato & ginger garlic paste & saute.
- Add tomato & saute.
- Add all masala except for garam masala powder & carrom seeds.
- Add a little water & mix well, saute for 4-5 mins.
- Add mutton pieces & mix well, saute for 3-4 mins.
- Add green chilli.
- Add curd & mix well.
- After 3-4 mins, add carrom seeds, garam masala powder & mix well. Add 1 1/2 glass of water. Close cooker & bring on full pressure on high flame until mutton tenders or until 3-5 whistles.
- Cook without lid for another 5 mins.
- Serve hot with Baghara khana, Cheeley dal ki khichdi, Zeera Rice, Roti, Chapati, Naan, etc.
