SOUTH INDIAN MUTTON SALAN || MUTTON KORMA || MUTTON RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Mutton pieces - 1/2 kg
  2. Onion - 2 Big (Sliced)
  3. Tomato - 2 Big (Sliced)
  4. Curd - 4 tbsp
  5. Dry coconut powder - 2 tbsp
  6. Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  7. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  8. Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
  9. Coriander powder - 4 tbsp
  10. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  11. Carrom seeds - 1/4 tsp
  12. Green chilli - 2-3
  13. Green coriander - few
  14. Salt - to taste
  15. Oil - 2 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Heat oil in a cooker. Add all spices & saute.
  2. Add onion & saute until golden brown.
  3. Add tomato & ginger garlic paste & saute.
  4. Add tomato & saute.
  5. Add all masala except for garam masala powder & carrom seeds.
  6. Add a little water & mix well, saute for 4-5 mins.
  7. Add mutton pieces & mix well, saute for 3-4 mins.
  8. Add green chilli.
  9. Add curd & mix well.
  10. After 3-4 mins, add carrom seeds, garam masala powder & mix well. Add 1 1/2 glass of water. Close cooker & bring on full pressure on high flame until mutton tenders or until 3-5 whistles.
  11. Cook without lid for another 5 mins.
  12. Serve hot with Baghara khana, Cheeley dal ki khichdi, Zeera Rice, Roti, Chapati, Naan, etc.
