CHICKEN KEEMA MASALA || KEEMA RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Boneless Chicken - 250 gms (Small Cubes)
  2. Onion - 2 Big (Sliced)
  3. Tomatoes - 2 Big (Cubes)
  4. Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
  6. Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
  7. Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 tsp
  8. Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
  9. Curd - 2 tbsp
  10. Green Chillies - 2
  11. Kasoori Methi - 1 tbsp
  12. Cashews - 1 Cup
  13. Mint Leaves for garnishing
  14. Green Coriander
  15. Salt - To taste
  16. Black Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  17. Bay Leaf - 2
  18. Cloves - 2
  19. Black Pepper - 8-10
  20. Cinnamon Stick - 1
  21. Cardamom - 1 
  22. Oil - 2 Spoon
  23. Vanaspati ghee - 1 Spoon 
METHOD:
  1. Take a mixer jar. Add Chicken & partially grind it. Add Water 2 tbsp on Chicken Mince & keep aside.
  2. Take the same jar & add tomatoes to make the puree.
  3. Heat a cooker. Add Oil & Vanaspati Ghee. Add all spices & Black cumin seeds.
  4. Add Onion, after that add low the flame & add Ginger-Garlic Paste & stir.
  5. Add Tomato puree & stir
  6. Add Red Chilli, Turmeric, Coriander Powders & Salt to taste & stir.
  7. Add Curd & stir immediately. Add Green Chillies, Mince & stir.
  8. Add a glass of water, black pepper, kasoori methi, garam masala powder, green coriander,  & cover & cook for 5-6 mins.
  9. Simmer for another 5-6 mins if there's excess water in Keema on low flame.
  10. Garnish with mint leaves, cashews.
  11. Serve hot with mint leaves, onion & lemon slices.
  • TIPS:
  1. Properly mash & cook the mince to avoid lumps.
