CHICKEN KEEMA MASALA || KEEMA RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
- Boneless Chicken - 250 gms (Small Cubes)
- Onion - 2 Big (Sliced)
- Tomatoes - 2 Big (Cubes)
- Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
- Curd - 2 tbsp
- Green Chillies - 2
- Kasoori Methi - 1 tbsp
- Cashews - 1 Cup
- Mint Leaves for garnishing
- Green Coriander
- Salt - To taste
- Black Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
- Bay Leaf - 2
- Cloves - 2
- Black Pepper - 8-10
- Cinnamon Stick - 1
- Cardamom - 1
- Oil - 2 Spoon
- Vanaspati ghee - 1 Spoon
METHOD:
- Take a mixer jar. Add Chicken & partially grind it. Add Water 2 tbsp on Chicken Mince & keep aside.
- Take the same jar & add tomatoes to make the puree.
- Heat a cooker. Add Oil & Vanaspati Ghee. Add all spices & Black cumin seeds.
- Add Onion, after that add low the flame & add Ginger-Garlic Paste & stir.
- Add Tomato puree & stir
- Add Red Chilli, Turmeric, Coriander Powders & Salt to taste & stir.
- Add Curd & stir immediately. Add Green Chillies, Mince & stir.
- Add a glass of water, black pepper, kasoori methi, garam masala powder, green coriander, & cover & cook for 5-6 mins.
- Simmer for another 5-6 mins if there's excess water in Keema on low flame.
- Garnish with mint leaves, cashews.
- Serve hot with mint leaves, onion & lemon slices.
- TIPS:
- Properly mash & cook the mince to avoid lumps.
