RAW MANGO PICKLE || ACHAAR RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins

INGREDIENTS:
- Raw Mango - 500 gms (Cut into small pieces)
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Yellow Mustard Seeds - 1 tbsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
- Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
- Fenugreek Seeds - 1 tsp
- Salt - To Taste
- Mustard Oil - 50 gms
- Sunflower Oil - 50 gms
FOR TEMPERING:
- Garlic Cloves - 10-15
- Whole Red Chillies - 6-7
- Curry Leaves - 2 Sprig
- Asafoetida - 1 Pinch
METHOD:
- Roast Mustard & Fenugreek Seeds & Grind in a fine powder.
- Add Turmeric, Red Chilli, Mustard & Fenugreek Seeds powder, Salt in Raw mangoes. Keep aside.
- Heat Mustard Oil at smoking point. Add Sunflower Oil & heat.
- Add Garlic Cloves, Curry Leaves, Whole Red Chillies & Asafoetida.
- Cool the Tempering & add into the pickle. Fill pickle in the jar.
- Keep the jar under sunlight for 8-10 days.
