Drumstick and Potato Masala

TASTY DRUMSTICK & POTATO CURRY || VEG RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD ||

INGREDIENTS:
- Drumsticks - 3-4 (Cut into 1.5inch)
- Potatoes - 3-4 (Cut into small cubes)
- Onion - 1 Big (Sliced)
- Tomatoes - 2 Big (Chopped)
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
- Coriander Powder - 2 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Dry coconut powder - 2 tbsp
- Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Green coriander leaves - 1 Cup
- Salt - To taste
- Curd - 2 tbsp
- Oil - 2 Spoon
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add onions fry till golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes. Cook till tomatoes get pulpy.
- Add turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, dry coconut powder, and salt mix well.
- Add potatoes and drumsticks mix well.
- Add a glass of water & close the cooker. Cook until the 2-3 whistle.
- Remove cooker from heat. Allow it to cool naturally.

Tips :
- Beat curd before adding in masala.
- Do not overcook otherwise drumsticks get mushy.
- About Recipe:
- You can serve it with plain rice, roti, and chapati.
