Drumstick and Potato Masala

TASTY DRUMSTICK & POTATO CURRY || VEG RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD ||

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Drumsticks - 3-4 (Cut into 1.5inch)
  2. Potatoes - 3-4 (Cut into small cubes)
  3. Onion - 1 Big (Sliced) 
  4. Tomatoes - 2 Big (Chopped)
  5. Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
  6. Coriander Powder - 2 tbsp
  7. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Dry coconut powder - 2 tbsp
  9. Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  10. Green coriander leaves - 1 Cup
  11. Salt - To taste
  12. Curd - 2 tbsp
  13. Oil - 2 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add onions fry till golden brown.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes. Cook till tomatoes get pulpy.
  3. Add turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, dry coconut powder, and salt mix well.
  4. Add potatoes and drumsticks mix well.
  5. Add a glass of water & close the cooker. Cook until the 2-3 whistle.
  6. Remove cooker from heat. Allow it to cool naturally.

             Tips : 
  1. Beat curd before adding in masala.
  2. Do not overcook otherwise drumsticks get mushy.
  • About Recipe:
  1. You can serve it with plain rice, roti, and chapati.
