RAW MANGO CHUTNEY || CHUTNEY RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 5 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 10 Mins
- SERVING: 5 - 6
- Raw mango (Cut in small pieces) - 2
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 2 tbsp
- Curry Leaves - 1 Sprig
- Salt To Taste
- Garlic Cloves - 6-7
- Cumin & Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
- Whole Dry Red Chillies - 2
- In a mixer jar, add Raw mangoes, 1 Pinch of Turmeric Powder & 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder. Grind for 1-2 mins.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add Cumin & Mustard seeds, Curry Leaves, Whole Dry Red Chillies & Garlic Cloves. Saute for about 2-3 mins.
- After 2-3 mins add grounded paste.
- Add Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Salt To taste. Mix well.
- Cool & Store in a jar.
