RAW MANGO CHUTNEY || CHUTNEY RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD



  • PREPARATION TIME: 5 Mins

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Raw mango (Cut in small pieces) - 2
  2. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  3. Red Chilli Powder - 2 tbsp
  4. Curry Leaves - 1 Sprig
  5. Salt To Taste
FOR TEMPERING:
  1. Garlic Cloves - 6-7
  2. Cumin & Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
  3. Whole Dry Red Chillies - 2 
METHOD:
  1. In a mixer jar, add Raw mangoes, 1 Pinch of Turmeric Powder & 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder. Grind for 1-2 mins.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add Cumin & Mustard seeds, Curry Leaves, Whole Dry Red Chillies & Garlic Cloves. Saute for about 2-3 mins.
  3. After 2-3 mins add grounded paste.
  4. Add Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Salt To taste. Mix well.
  5. Cool & Store in a jar.
