COCONUT CHUTNEY CHICKEN || CHICKEN RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Chicken Pieces - 1 kg
  2. Onion - 1 Big (Sliced)
  3. Tomato - 2 Big 
  4. Coconut - 1/2 (Sliced)
  5. Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
  6. Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
  7. Coriander powder - 2 tsp
  8. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  9. Green chilli - 10-12
  10. Green coriander - 1/2 Cup
  11. Mint leaves - 1/2 Cup
  12. Bay leaf - 1
  13. Cumin seeds - 2 tsp
  14. Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  15. Salt - To taste
  16. Ghee - 2 tbsp
  17. Oil - 2 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Marinate the Chicken with Vinegar for 15-20 mins & wash thoroughly.
  2. Take a mixer jar. Add Coconut & grind with a little water in a paste.
  3. Add Green chilli, cumin seeds, black pepper, mint & coriander leaves & grind them into a fine paste.
  4. Add tomatoes, coriander powder & grind into a fine paste.
  5. Heat Oil & Ghee in a cooking pot. Add cumin seeds, bay leaf, onion & saute till golden brown.
  6. Add ginger-garlic paste. Add the paste & saute.
  7. Add turmeric powder, salt to taste, cover & cook.
  8. Add chicken & mix. Cover & cook for another 15-20 mins.
  9. Add garam masala powder & water as required & mix well. Cover & cook for another 10-15 mins on low flame.
  10. Serve after 15-20 mins. Serve with Naan, roti, paratha, rice & dal.
