FRENCH BEANS KI SABZI || VEG RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. French beans - 1/2 kg
  2. Potatoes - 4 (Cut in cubes)
  3. Onion - 1 Big (Sliced)
  4. Bengal gram - 1 tbsp
  5. Crushed Peanuts - 2 tbsp
  6. Grated Coconut - 1 Cup
  7. Garlic cloves - 6-7 (Crushed)
  8. Ginger - Small inch (Crushed)
  9. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  10. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  11. Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  12. Cumin & mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  13. Curry leaves - few leaves
  14. Green coriander - 1/2 Cup
  15. Salt - to taste
  16. Oil - 1/2 Cup
METHOD:
  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin & mustard seeds, Bengal gram & saute.
  2. Add peanuts & saute. Add onion & saute. Add crushed ginger & garlic & saute.
  3. Add potatoes & saute. Add french beans, cover & cook on low flame.
  4. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt to taste & saute. Cover & cook for 5-6 mins.
  5. Add grated coconut, green coriander & mix.
  6. Turn off the flame. Serve it after 5-6 mins. Serve hot with roti, rice & dal.
