FRENCH BEANS KI SABZI || VEG RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

- French beans - 1/2 kg
- Potatoes - 4 (Cut in cubes)
- Onion - 1 Big (Sliced)
- Bengal gram - 1 tbsp
- Crushed Peanuts - 2 tbsp
- Grated Coconut - 1 Cup
- Garlic cloves - 6-7 (Crushed)
- Ginger - Small inch (Crushed)
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin & mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - few leaves
- Green coriander - 1/2 Cup
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 1/2 Cup
- Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin & mustard seeds, Bengal gram & saute.
- Add peanuts & saute. Add onion & saute. Add crushed ginger & garlic & saute.
- Add potatoes & saute. Add french beans, cover & cook on low flame.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt to taste & saute. Cover & cook for 5-6 mins.
- Add grated coconut, green coriander & mix.
- Turn off the flame. Serve it after 5-6 mins. Serve hot with roti, rice & dal.
