INGREDIENTS:
  1. Long Green Chillies - 250 gms (Deseed & slit into small pieces)
  2. Gram Flour - 2 tbsp
  3. Rice Flour - 1 tbsp
  4. Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 tsp
  7. Dry Ginger Powder - 1/4 tsp
  8. Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
  9. Salt - To Taste
  10. Fennel Seeds - 1 Pinch
  11. Cumin Seeds - 1 Pinch
  12. Carom Seeds - 1 Pinch
  13. Oil - For Frying
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl, add all the ingredients & mix well.
  2. Heat oil in a karahi, put the chilies one by one in hot oil & let it fry till it turns golden brown & crispy.
