KURKURI HARI MIRCH RECIPE || SIDE DISH RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD

- Long Green Chillies - 250 gms (Deseed & slit into small pieces)
- Gram Flour - 2 tbsp
- Rice Flour - 1 tbsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Dry Ginger Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
- Salt - To Taste
- Fennel Seeds - 1 Pinch
- Cumin Seeds - 1 Pinch
- Carom Seeds - 1 Pinch
- Oil - For Frying
- Take a bowl, add all the ingredients & mix well.
- Heat oil in a karahi, put the chilies one by one in hot oil & let it fry till it turns golden brown & crispy.
