JAB DEKHOGE AISI MASALEDAR DUM ALOO KI RECIPE MAN KAREGA ABHI BANA KE KHALU || DUM ALOO BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Baby Potatoes - 1/2 Kg
  2. Onion - 1 (Finely Chopped)
  3. Tomato - 2 (Finely Chopped)
  4. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
  5. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
  7. Kashmiri Lal Mirch Powder - 1 tbsp
  8. Coriander Powder - 2 tbsp
  9. Cumin Seeds Powder - 1 tbsp
  10. Tamarind - Few (Soak into lukewarm water) (Tamarind Pulp - 2 tbsp)
  11. Salt - To Taste
  12. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  13. Oil - For Frying
  14. Oil - 2 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Cut the potatoes in two equal halves. Heat oil in a karahi. Add potatoes one by one & let it fry till it turns a little golden brown.
  2. In the same karahi. Heat oil. Add cumin seeds & saute.
  3. Add onion & saute. Add ginger-garlic paste & saute.
  4. Add tomato & saute. Add salt & mix well. Put the lid & cook.
  5. Add all the ingredients & saute. Add a little water & saute.
  6. After a min, add fried potato & mix well. Add a little water & mix well. Cover & cook on low flame till the potato gets tender.
  7. Add tamarind pulp & mix well. Add a little water & mix well. Put the lid & let it cook for another 5-6 mins.
  8. Serve hot with rice, roti etc.
