FACE REVEAL!!! SUJI KI PURI, RAGADA, TEEKHA AUR MEETHA PANI || PANI PURI RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:

FOR PURI:
  1. Semolina - 1 Cup
  2. All-Purpose Flour - 1 tbsp
  3. Salt - To Taste or 1 Pinch
  4. Oil - For Frying
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl, add semolina, all-purpose flour, salt & mix well. Add lukewarm water & knead a little dough. Cover & keep aside for 10 mins.
  2. After 10 mins, knead for once, divide into 2 equal parts. Make a small dough piece.
  3. Add oil - 1 tbsp & all-purpose flour - 1 tsp on dough pieces & toss it.
  4. Take a dough piece, roll against both palms, roll on the rolling board & give shape.
  5. Heat oil in a karahi. Put puri together or one by one & let it fry till done inside out. Store it in an air-tight container.
INGREDIENTS:

FOR RAGADA:
  1. White Peas - 250 gms (Soaked Overnight)
  2. Gram Flour - 1 tbsp
  3. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Asafoetida - 1 Pinch
  5. Water - 1 glass
  6. Salt - To Taste
METHOD:
  1. Take a cooker, add white peas, water. Close cooker, on high flame, bring it on full pressure on cook till 3-4 whistles.
  2. Take an open vessel, transfer boiled white peas into it.
  3. Take a bowl, add gram flour, add water & mix well. Prepare a lump-free batter.Add the batter in the boiled white peas.
  4. Add salt. Add turmeric powder, asafoetida, a little water & mix well. Cook for another 5 mins. Turn off the flame.
INGREDIENTS:

FOR PANI:
  1. Mint Leaves - Handful or 1 Cup
  2. Coriander Leaves - 1/2 Cup
  3. Ginger - 1 Small Piece
  4. Lemon - 2 tbsp
  5. Green Chillies - 2-3
  6. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  7. Rock Salt - 1/2 tsp
  8. Salt - To Taste
METHOD:
  1. Take a mixer jar, add all ingredients (1-8), a little water & grind into a fine paste.
  2. Take 2 separate bowls, add the green chutney in both the bowls.
  3. In Bowl 1, add 1 1/2 glass of water, salt & squeeze 1/2 lemon in it.
  4. In Bowl 2, add a glass of water, jaljira powder & mix well. (Mix jaljira powder only in glass or a fiber bowl).
  5. Khajoor ki chutney for meetha pani, add water in it & mix well.
  6. Serve it hot.
