MUTTON SHAMI KABAB || STARTER RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD


  • PREPARATION TIME: 15-20 Mins
  • COOKING TIME: 15 Mins
  • SERVINGS: 5-6
INGREDIENTS:
  1. Mutton - 1/2 kg
  2. Chana Dal - 1 Cup
  3. Onion - 1 small (Finely chopped)
  4. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  5. Red chili powder - 1 tbsp
  6. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  7. Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
  8. Dry coconut powder - 1 tbsp
  9. Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
  10. Egg - 1
  11. Oil - for frying
METHOD:
  1. Mix all ingredients in mutton. Take a cooker, add mutton, 1/2 glass of water & close the lid & bring the cooker to full pressure on high heat for 6-7 whistles.
  2. Take it out on a plate & let it cool to room temperature.
  3. Take a mixer jar. Add the boiled mutton & grind into a fine paste.
  4. Add Egg to the mixture & mix well. Give shape to the kabab & keep aside. Let it dry at room temperature for 15-20 mins.
  5. Heat oil in a pan. Put kababs one by one & gently flip & fry till golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with dal & rice etc.
