PRAWNS & POTATO KABAB || kABAB RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 15 Mins
- SERVINGS: 3 - 4
- Prawns - 250 gms
- Potato - 2 Big
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
- Green Chillies - 2 - 3 (Chopped)
- Dark Soya Sauce - 1 1/2 tsp
- Chat Masala - 1 tsp
- Egg - 1
- Lemon - 1
- Salt - To Taste
- Oil - For Frying
- Boil Prawns & keep aside. Mash Potatoes with a fork. Take a mixer jar add prawns & grind for once.
- Take a bowl. Add ground prawns, mashed potatoes, all ingredients except for Oil & Egg & mix. Take an equal amount of mixture, press against your hands, & give them shape. Let them rest for about 5-6 mins at room temperature. Till then beat an egg.
- Heat oil in a pan, Coat Prawns Kabab with egg & place one by one in Oil, gently flip & let fry till golden brown.
- Serve hot at tea time. Sprinkle some Chat Masala before serving.
