SPICY & CRISPY PRAWNS FRY || FISH RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Prawns - 250gms
  2. Green Chili & Garlic - 1/2 tsp (Crushed)
  3. Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  4. Kashmiri lal mirch - 1 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  6. Tandoori chicken masala - 1 tsp
  7. Lemon - 1/2
  8. Salt - to taste
  9. Oil - for frying
FOR COATING:
  1. Rice Flour - 2 tbsp
  2. Bread crumbs - 1 tbsp
  3. Carom seeds - 1 Pinch
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl. Add all ingredients in prawns & mix well & keep aside for 1/2 hr to marinate.
  2. Mix rice flour, bread crumbs, carom seeds & keep aside.
  3. Coat the prawns with the coating & keep aside.
  4. Heat oil in a pan. Put prawns one by one & fry until golden brown.
  5. Gently flip& fry on low flame.
  6. Serve hot with ketchup & green chutney.
