SPICY & CRISPY PRAWNS FRY || FISH RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

- Prawns - 250gms
- Green Chili & Garlic - 1/2 tsp (Crushed)
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Kashmiri lal mirch - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Tandoori chicken masala - 1 tsp
- Lemon - 1/2
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - for frying
- Rice Flour - 2 tbsp
- Bread crumbs - 1 tbsp
- Carom seeds - 1 Pinch
- Take a bowl. Add all ingredients in prawns & mix well & keep aside for 1/2 hr to marinate.
- Mix rice flour, bread crumbs, carom seeds & keep aside.
- Coat the prawns with the coating & keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan. Put prawns one by one & fry until golden brown.
- Gently flip& fry on low flame.
- Serve hot with ketchup & green chutney.
