TANDOORI CHICKEN FRY || CHICKEN RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:

FIRST MARINATION:
  1. Chicken - 1 1/2 kg
  2. White vinegar - 2 tsp
  3. Ginger - 1/4 tsp
  4. Salt - to taste
SECOND MARINATION:
  1. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  2. Tandoori chicken powder - 1 tsp
  3. Tomato red food color - 1 Pinch
  4. Ginger-Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  5. Kasoori methi - 1 tsp
  6. Curd - 1 Cup
  7. Corn flour - 1 tbsp
  8. Lemon - 1
  9. Salt - to taste
  10. Oil - For frying
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl. Add the first marination in the chicken & mix well. Cover & keep for 1 hr to marinate.
  2. Take a bowl. Mix all the second marination. Coat the chicken with the batter & keep aside for 1/2 hr for marination.
  3. Add cornflour & mix well in the chicken & keep aside.
  4. Heat oil in a cooking pot. Put chicken one by one & fry till golden brown or fully done inside out.
  5. Sprinkle chat masala & spread butter on the chicken.
  6. Serve hot with dal & rice etc.
