TANDOORI CHICKEN FRY || CHICKEN RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 15-20 Mins
- SERVINGS: 4-5
FIRST MARINATION:
- Chicken - 1 1/2 kg
- White vinegar - 2 tsp
- Ginger - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - to taste
SECOND MARINATION:
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Tandoori chicken powder - 1 tsp
- Tomato red food color - 1 Pinch
- Ginger-Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Kasoori methi - 1 tsp
- Curd - 1 Cup
- Corn flour - 1 tbsp
- Lemon - 1
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - For frying
- Take a bowl. Add the first marination in the chicken & mix well. Cover & keep for 1 hr to marinate.
- Take a bowl. Mix all the second marination. Coat the chicken with the batter & keep aside for 1/2 hr for marination.
- Add cornflour & mix well in the chicken & keep aside.
- Heat oil in a cooking pot. Put chicken one by one & fry till golden brown or fully done inside out.
- Sprinkle chat masala & spread butter on the chicken.
- Serve hot with dal & rice etc.
