SAFAR PAR LE JAANE KE LIYE BANAYE MAZEDAAR TUR KI KHATTI DAL JO 2 DIN TAK KHARAB NAHI HOGI BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Tur Dal - 1 Cup
  2. Tomatoes - 3 Big (Cut into cubes)
  3. Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
  4. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Tamarind - 20 gms
  6. Whole Dry Red Chillies - 5-6
  7. Curry Leaves - Few
  8. Garlic Cloves - 5-6
  9. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
FOR TEMPERING:
  1. Ghee - 1 Spoon
  2. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  3. Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
  4. Fenugreek Seeds - 1 tsp
  5. Garlic Cloves - 4-5 (Chopped)
  6. Whole Dry Chillies - 3-4
  7. Curry Leaves - 1 Sprig
  8. Dal Masala - 1 tbsp
METHOD:
  1. Take a pressure cooker, add all ingredients (1-9) & add 1 glass of water. Put the lid & bring it on full pressure & boil it.
  2. Take a bowl, separate a little portion of dal from the other ingredients. With the help of the back of the ladle, mix all the ingredients.
  3. Mix the unmixed boiled dal with the mixed dal. Add salt & mix well.
  4. Heat ghee, add tempering ingredients & saute. Add dal & put the lid & cook for 5 mins.
  5. Add 1/2 glass of warm water & mix well. Cover & cook for another 1 min.
  6. Serve hot.
