SAFAR PAR LE JAANE KE LIYE BANAYE MAZEDAAR CHICKEN DUM KEEMA JO 2 DIN TAK KHARAB NAHI HOGA BY AYESHA'S WORLD

- COOKING TIME: 20-25 Mins

- Chicken Breasts - 2 (Cut into small cubes)
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - To Taste
- Onion - 1
- Green Chilli - 2
- Green Coriander - Few
- Take a bowl, add all ingredients (1 to 7) & mix well.
- Take a jar, add mixed chicken pieces & grind well. Add the rest ingredients (8 to 10) & grind well. Mix once again.
- Heat a pan, add a glass of water & bring it to a boiling point.
- Add grounded chicken, add green chilli & mix well.
- Add oil, put the lid & cook. Cover & cook. After 10-15 mins of sauteing, on low flame saute for another 2-3 mins.
- Serve hot with roti, paratha etc.
