KALI MIRCH KA TALA HUA GOSHT || MUTTON RECIPES || KALI MIRCH MUTTON RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Mutton Pieces - 1/2 Kg
  2. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  3. Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
  4. Dry Coconut Powder - 1 tbsp
  5. Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 tsp
  6. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
  7. Black Pepper - 1 tbsp
  8. Green Chillies - 5-6
  9. Green Coriander - Few
  10. Salt - To Taste
  11. Oil - 1 tbsp
METHOD:
  1. Take a mixer jar, add black pepper powder, green chillies, green coriander, dry coconut powder & grind well.
  2. Heat a pressure cooker, add mutton pieces saute. Add ginger-garlic paste & saute.
  3. After 1 of sauteing, add grounded powder & saute.
  4. After 2-3 mins, add all the ingredients except for garam masala powder & saute.
  5. Add garam masala powder & saute. Add 1/2 glass of water & mix well. Put the lid, on high flame, bring cooker on full pressure & cook until 3-4 whistles.
  6. Heat oil in a karahi, put the mutton pieces & let it fry until it turns golden brown.
  7. Serve hot.
