- Mutton Pieces - 1/2 Kg
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
- Dry Coconut Powder - 1 tbsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
- Black Pepper - 1 tbsp
- Green Chillies - 5-6
- Green Coriander - Few
- Salt - To Taste
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Take a mixer jar, add black pepper powder, green chillies, green coriander, dry coconut powder & grind well.
- Heat a pressure cooker, add mutton pieces saute. Add ginger-garlic paste & saute.
- After 1 of sauteing, add grounded powder & saute.
- After 2-3 mins, add all the ingredients except for garam masala powder & saute.
- Add garam masala powder & saute. Add 1/2 glass of water & mix well. Put the lid, on high flame, bring cooker on full pressure & cook until 3-4 whistles.
- Heat oil in a karahi, put the mutton pieces & let it fry until it turns golden brown.
- Serve hot.
