BOMBAY DUCK FISH FRY || BOMBIL FISH FRY || FISH RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Bombay duck - 15 (Cut into medium pieces)
  2. Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  3. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  4. Red chili powder - 2 tsp
  5. Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
  6. Salt - to taste
  7. Lemon - 1/2
  8. Rice Flour - 2-3 tbsp
  9. Bread Crumbs - 2-3 tbsp
  10. Carom Seeds - 1 Pinch
  11. Garlic cloves with skin - 3-4 (Slited)
  12. Oil - For Frying
METHOD:
  1.  Squeeze excess water from fish & transfer it into another bowl.
  2. Add all ingredients, mix well, keep aside for 30 mins for marination.
  3. After 30 mins. Take a plate, add rice flour, bread crumbs, carom seeds & mix well.
  4. Coat fish with flour & keep aside.
  5. Heat oil in a karahi. Add carom seeds, garlic cloves.
  6. Add fish one by one & let it fry until it gets golden brown.
  7. Serve hot with tomato ketchup, dal & rice.
