- PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 20-25 Mins
- SERVINGS: 3-4
- Bombay duck - 15 (Cut into medium pieces)
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Red chili powder - 2 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Lemon - 1/2
- Rice Flour - 2-3 tbsp
- Bread Crumbs - 2-3 tbsp
- Carom Seeds - 1 Pinch
- Garlic cloves with skin - 3-4 (Slited)
- Oil - For Frying
- Squeeze excess water from fish & transfer it into another bowl.
- Add all ingredients, mix well, keep aside for 30 mins for marination.
- After 30 mins. Take a plate, add rice flour, bread crumbs, carom seeds & mix well.
- Coat fish with flour & keep aside.
- Heat oil in a karahi. Add carom seeds, garlic cloves.
- Add fish one by one & let it fry until it gets golden brown.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup, dal & rice.
