VERY SIMPLE & EASY MUTTON KORMA WITH KORMA MASALA || MUTTON KORMA || MUTTON RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Mutton Pieces - 1/2 Kg
  2. Onion - 2 Big (Grounded into the paste)
  3. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  4. Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  5. Kashmiri lal mirch powder - 1 tsp
  6. Korma Masala - 4 tbsp
  7. Curd - 200 gms
  8. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  9. Kewda Essence - 3-4 drops
  10. Salt - To taste
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl, add all ingredients & mix well.
  2. Keep aside for 60 or 90 mins for marination at room temperature.
  3. Heat oil in a cooker. Add cumin seeds & saute.
  4. Add onion paste & saute. Add marinated mutton & mix well.
  5. After 5 mins, add 1/2 glass of water & mix well.
  6. Close cooker & bring on full pressure & cook until mutton tenders.
  7. Transfer it into another vessel.
  8. Add Kewda Essence & mix well. Add a little water, cover & cook on low flame for another 5-10 mins.
  9. Serve hot with rice, roti, naan, etc.
