VERY SIMPLE & EASY MUTTON KORMA WITH KORMA MASALA || MUTTON KORMA || MUTTON RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 25-30 Mins
- SERVINGS: 3-4
- Mutton Pieces - 1/2 Kg
- Onion - 2 Big (Grounded into the paste)
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Kashmiri lal mirch powder - 1 tsp
- Korma Masala - 4 tbsp
- Curd - 200 gms
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Kewda Essence - 3-4 drops
- Salt - To taste
- Take a bowl, add all ingredients & mix well.
- Keep aside for 60 or 90 mins for marination at room temperature.
- Heat oil in a cooker. Add cumin seeds & saute.
- Add onion paste & saute. Add marinated mutton & mix well.
- After 5 mins, add 1/2 glass of water & mix well.
- Close cooker & bring on full pressure & cook until mutton tenders.
- Transfer it into another vessel.
- Add Kewda Essence & mix well. Add a little water, cover & cook on low flame for another 5-10 mins.
- Serve hot with rice, roti, naan, etc.
