DUM KA KEEMA || MUTTON KA SUKHA KEEMA || KEEMA RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Boneless Mutton - 1/2 Kg (Cut into small pieces)
  2. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  3. Red Chili powder - 1 tsp
  4. Coriander powder - 1 1/2 tsp
  5. Dry coconut powder - 1 1/2 tsp
  6. Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  7. Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
  8. Salt - To taste
  9. Onion - 1 Big (Cut into small cubes)
  10. Green chili - 2
  11. Green Coriander - Few
  12. Oil - 3-4 tbsp
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl, add all ingredients (1-8) & mix well & grind it.
  2. Take a bowl, add all ingredients (9-11) & grind well. Mix both the mixtures.
  3. Heat 1/2 glass of water in a cooker. Once the water boils, add grounded mixture & mix well.
  4. Put the lid & bring cooker on full pressure & cook on high flame till 2-3 whistles.
  5. Heat a pan. Add oil, grounded mutton, green coriander & mix well.
  6. Put the lid & cook till the water dries on high flame.
  7. Cook until it gets golden brown.
