DUDHI GOSHT KA SALAN || MUTTON RECIPES || SOUTH INDIAN RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Mutton pieces - 600-700 gms
  2. Onion - 1 Big (Sliced)
  3. Tomato - 2 Big (Sliced)
  4. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  5. Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  6. Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
  7. Dry Coconut powder - 2 tbsp
  8. Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
  9. Curd - 2 tbsp
  10. Green coriander - Few
  11. Salt - To taste
  12. Oil - 1 Spoon
METHOD:
  1.  Heat oil in a cooker. Add onion & saute.
  2. Add tomato & saute.
  3. Add all masalas & salt to taste, a little water & mix well.
  4. After 2-3 mins, add curd & mix well.
  5. Add mutton pieces & mix well.
  6. Add green coriander & mix well. Add 2 glass of water & mix well. Close cooker & bring on full pressure on high flame& cook till the mutton tenders.
  7. Peel & cut bottle gourd into small pieces.
  8. Add bottle gourd & mix well. Add a little water & mix well. Put the lid & bring cooker on full pressure on high flame & cook till 1 whistle.
  9. Serve hot with rice, roti, etc.
