DUDHI GOSHT KA SALAN || MUTTON RECIPES || SOUTH INDIAN RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 25-30 Mins
- SERVINGS: 3-4
- Mutton pieces - 600-700 gms
- Onion - 1 Big (Sliced)
- Tomato - 2 Big (Sliced)
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
- Dry Coconut powder - 2 tbsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
- Curd - 2 tbsp
- Green coriander - Few
- Salt - To taste
- Oil - 1 Spoon
- Heat oil in a cooker. Add onion & saute.
- Add tomato & saute.
- Add all masalas & salt to taste, a little water & mix well.
- After 2-3 mins, add curd & mix well.
- Add mutton pieces & mix well.
- Add green coriander & mix well. Add 2 glass of water & mix well. Close cooker & bring on full pressure on high flame& cook till the mutton tenders.
- Peel & cut bottle gourd into small pieces.
- Add bottle gourd & mix well. Add a little water & mix well. Put the lid & bring cooker on full pressure on high flame & cook till 1 whistle.
- Serve hot with rice, roti, etc.
