HOW TO MAKE BUTTER CHICKEN IN SIMPLE & EASY WAY || BUTTER CHICKEN || CHICKEN RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:

- Chicken - 1/2 Kg
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Kashmiri lal mirch - 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Curd - 4 tbsp
- Lemon - 1
- Orange food colour - 1 Pinch
- Salt - to taste
FOR GRAVY:
- Onion - 2-3 (Sliced)
- Tomato - 3-4 Small
- Cashews - 20-25
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Kashmiri lal mirch - 1 tbsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
- Kasoori methi - 1 tbsp
- Curd - 1 Cup
- Fresh Cream - 1/2 Cup
- Nutmeg - 1
- Cinnamon Stick - 1
- Green coriander - few
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - 1 Cup
METHOD:
- Take a bowl. Add all ingredients of marination & mix well, keep aside for 60-90 mins to marinate at room temperature.
- Heat butter in a pan. Add onion & saute. Add dry spices & saute.
- Add cashews & saute.
- Add tomato & saute.
- Add green coriander & saute.
- Turn off the flame & keep aside to cool down at room temperature.
- Heat butter in another or same pan. Add marinated chicken & mix well, cover & cook on high flame. until the water dries.
- Mix well, cover & cook for another 5 mins.
- Take a mixer jar. Add sauteed veggies, curd & grind into a fine paste.
- Heat butter in a karahi. Add the grounded paste &mix well.
- Add all masalas & salt except for kasoori meethi & garam masala powder. Cover & cook for 5-6 mins.
- Add chicken & mix well.
- Add butter & mix well. Add tomato ketchup & mix well.
- Add fresh cream & mix well. Add a little hot water & mix well. Cover & cook for 5-10 mins.
- Garnish with green coriander. cashews & butter.
- Serve hot with paratha, naan, roti, kulcha etc.
