HOW TO MAKE BUTTER CHICKEN IN SIMPLE & EASY WAY || BUTTER CHICKEN || CHICKEN RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
FOR MARINATION:
  1. Chicken - 1/2 Kg
  2. Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  3. Kashmiri lal mirch - 1 tsp
  4. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  5. Curd - 4 tbsp
  6. Lemon - 1
  7. Orange food colour - 1 Pinch
  8. Salt - to taste
FOR GRAVY:
  1. Onion - 2-3 (Sliced)
  2. Tomato - 3-4 Small 
  3. Cashews - 20-25
  4. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  5. Kashmiri lal mirch - 1 tbsp
  6. Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  7. Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
  8. Kasoori methi - 1 tbsp
  9. Curd - 1 Cup
  10. Fresh Cream - 1/2 Cup
  11. Nutmeg - 1
  12. Cinnamon Stick - 1
  13. Green coriander - few
  14. Salt - to taste
  15. Butter - 1 Cup
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl. Add all ingredients of marination & mix well, keep aside for 60-90 mins to marinate at room temperature.
  2. Heat butter in a pan. Add onion & saute. Add dry spices & saute.
  3. Add cashews & saute.
  4. Add tomato & saute.
  5. Add green coriander & saute.
  6. Turn off the flame & keep aside to cool down at room temperature.
  7. Heat butter in another or same pan. Add marinated chicken & mix well, cover & cook on high flame. until the water dries.
  8. Mix well, cover & cook for another 5 mins.
  9. Take a mixer jar. Add sauteed veggies, curd & grind into a fine paste.
  10. Heat butter in a karahi. Add the grounded paste &mix well.
  11. Add all masalas & salt except for kasoori meethi & garam masala powder. Cover & cook for 5-6 mins.
  12. Add chicken & mix well.
  13. Add butter & mix well. Add tomato ketchup & mix well.
  14. Add fresh cream & mix well. Add a little hot water & mix well. Cover & cook for 5-10 mins.
  15. Garnish with green coriander. cashews & butter.
  16. Serve hot with paratha, naan, roti, kulcha etc.
