A. KANDA BHAJIYA
INGREDIENTS:
- Gram flour - 6-7tbsp
- Onion - 2 Big (Sliced)
- Carom seeds - 1 Pinch
- Green chilli - 3-4 (Chopped)
- Sabzi masala powder - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - Few (Roughly chopped)
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - For Frying
- Take a bowl. Add onion, salt & mix well.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Add gram flour & mix well.
- Add a little water & mix well.
- Heat oil in a karahi.
- Put some amount in hot oil & fry until golden brown.
- Serve hot with ketchup.
B. PYAZ DHANIYA AUR PUDINA KE PAKORE
INGREDIENTS:
INGREDIENTS:
- Gram flour - 6-7 tbsp
- Onion- 2 Big (Chopped)
- Green chilli - 3
- Green coriander - Few (Chopped)
- Mint leaves - Few (Chopped)
- Carom seeds - 1 Pinch
- Soda bicarb - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - For Frying
METHOD:
- Take a bowl. Add onion & green chilli & mix well.
- Add, green coriander, carom seeds, salt & mint leaves.
- Add gram flour & mix well. Add a little water & mix well.
- Heat oil in a cooking pot.
- Add soda bicarb - 1 tbsp on it. & mix well.
- Take some & put in oil. Fry until golden brown.
- Serve hot with ketchup.
C. PHUGGE
INGREDIENTS:
INGREDIENTS:
- Gram Flour - 6-7 tbsp
- Wheat flour - 1 tbsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Carrom seeds - 1 Pinch
- Soda bicarb - 1/4 tsp
- Oil - For Frying
METHOD:
- Take a bowl. Add all ingredients with little water & mix well.
- Heat oil in a karahi.
- Put some amount & fry until golden brown.
- Serve hot with green chutney &ketchup.
