A. KANDA BHAJIYA
INGREDIENTS:
  1. Gram flour - 6-7tbsp
  2. Onion - 2 Big (Sliced)
  3. Carom seeds - 1 Pinch
  4. Green chilli - 3-4 (Chopped)
  5. Sabzi masala powder - 1 tsp
  6. Curry leaves - Few (Roughly chopped)
  7. Salt - to taste
  8. Oil - For Frying
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl. Add onion, salt & mix well.
  2. Add all other ingredients.
  3. Add gram flour & mix well.
  4. Add a little water & mix well.
  5. Heat oil in a karahi.
  6. Put some amount in hot oil & fry until golden brown.
  7. Serve hot with ketchup.
B. PYAZ DHANIYA AUR PUDINA KE PAKORE
INGREDIENTS:
  1. Gram flour - 6-7 tbsp
  2. Onion- 2 Big (Chopped)
  3. Green chilli - 3
  4. Green coriander - Few (Chopped)
  5. Mint leaves - Few (Chopped)
  6. Carom seeds - 1 Pinch
  7. Soda bicarb - 1/4 tsp
  8. Salt - to taste
  9. Oil - For Frying
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl. Add onion & green chilli & mix well.
  2. Add, green coriander, carom seeds, salt & mint leaves.
  3. Add gram flour & mix well. Add a little water & mix well.
  4. Heat oil in a cooking pot.
  5. Add soda bicarb - 1 tbsp on it. & mix well.
  6. Take some & put in oil. Fry until golden brown.
  7. Serve hot with ketchup. 
C. PHUGGE
INGREDIENTS:
  1. Gram Flour - 6-7 tbsp
  2. Wheat flour - 1 tbsp
  3. Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  4. Carrom seeds - 1 Pinch
  5. Soda bicarb - 1/4 tsp
  6. Oil - For Frying
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl. Add all ingredients with little water & mix well.
  2. Heat oil in a karahi.
  3. Put some amount & fry until golden brown.
  4. Serve hot with green chutney &ketchup.
