BREAD PAKORA || ALOO BREAD PAKORA || POTATO BREAD RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
FOR ALOO MIXTURE:
  1. Boiled Mashed Potato - 6-7
  2. Onion - 1 Small (Chopped)
  3. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  4. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  6. Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
  7. Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Garam masala powder - Less than 1/4 tsp
  9. Cumin & Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp
  10. Green chilli - 1
  11. Curry leaves - Few
  12. Salt - To taste
  13. Oil- 1 tbsp
FOR BREAD PAKORA:
  1. Gram Flour - 6-7 tbsp
  2. Bread Slices - as required
  3. Turmeric powder - Less than 1/4 tsp
  4. Carom seeds - 1 Pinch
  5. Green coriander - Few (Chopped)
  6. Oil - For Frying
METHOD:
  1. Heat oil in a cooking pot.
  2. Add cumin & mustard seeds, curry leaves & saute.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste & saute.
  4. Add all ingredients & saute.
  5. Add mashed potato & mix well.
  6. Add salt & garam masala powder & mix well.
  7. Spread green coriander & turn off the flame. Cool at room temperature.
  8. Take a bowl. Add gram flour, carom seeds, green coriander & mix well with little water.
  9. Cut bread diagonally. Spread potato stuffing on bread.
  10. Cover with another slice of bread.
  11. Heat oil in a cooking pot.
  12. Coat the bread with the batter & put it in hot oil & let it fry until golden brown.
  13. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
