CHICKEN MALAI BOTI || MALAI BOTI RECIPE || CHICKEN MALAI BOTI WITHOUT OVEN & TANDOOR BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Chicken Breasts- 2 Breasts (Cut into cubes)
  2. Curd - 1/2 Cup
  3. Fresh Cream - 1/2 Cup
  4. Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
  5. Green cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
  6. Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
  7. Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
  8. White pepper powder - 1 tsp
  9. Green Chilli - 4, Green Coriander - Few, Mint Leaves - Few - Crushed Together
  10. Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
  11. Salt - To taste
  12. Butter - 1 tbsp
  13. Oil - 1 tbsp
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl. Put vinegar in chicken & keep aside for 10 mins. Wash it & keep aside.
  2. Add all ingredients, mix well & keep aside for 60 mins or 90 mins for marination.
  3. You can also marinate it overnight.
  4. Take shashlik sticks or Bamboo sticks, cover the sticks with chicken pieces.
  5. Heat oil & butter in a pan.
  6. Put chicken shashlik sticks & fry until done inside out. Put the lid & cook.
  7. Once the water dries, turn the flame to low.
  8. Take charcoal & heat it. Place charcoal in chicken & give smoke.
  9. Serve hot with green chutney.
