- COOKING TIME: 15-20 Mins

INGREDIENTS:
- Cabbage - 1 (Chopped)
- Onion - 1 Big (Sliced)
- Potato - 2 Medium (Cut into cubes)
- Bengal Gram - 1/2 Cup (Soaked in water)
- Cumin & Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Green Chilli - 3 3 (Chopped & Slited)
- Curry Leaves - Few
- Dry Red Chilli - 1
- Green Coriander - Few
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 2 Spoon
METHOD:
- Heat oil in a cooking pot.
- Add Cumin & Mustard Seeds. Add Curry leaves & saute.
- Add Green chilli, onion & saute.
- Add Bengal gram & saute.
- After 5-6 mins, add potato & saute.
- After 3-4 mins, add cabbage & mix.
- Add turmeric powder. Cover & cook on low flame.
- After 5-6 mins. Mix & add salt to taste.
- Add green coriander & mix well. Cover & cook on low flame for another 2-3 mins.
- Serve hot with dal, rice, roti, etc.
