ALOO GOBHI KI SABZI || ALOO KI SABZI || VEG RECIPES || SABZI RECIPES

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Cabbage - 1 (Chopped)
  2. Onion - 1 Big (Sliced)
  3. Potato - 2 Medium (Cut into cubes)
  4. Bengal Gram - 1/2 Cup (Soaked in water)
  5. Cumin & Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
  6. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Green Chilli - 3 3 (Chopped & Slited)
  8. Curry Leaves - Few
  9. Dry Red Chilli - 1
  10. Green Coriander - Few
  11. Salt - to taste
  12. Oil - 2 Spoon

METHOD:

  1. Heat oil in a cooking pot.
  2. Add Cumin & Mustard Seeds. Add Curry leaves & saute.
  3. Add Green chilli, onion & saute.
  4. Add Bengal gram & saute.
  5. After 5-6 mins, add potato & saute.
  6. After 3-4 mins, add cabbage & mix.
  7. Add turmeric powder. Cover & cook on low flame.
  8. After 5-6 mins. Mix & add salt to taste.
  9. Add green coriander & mix well. Cover & cook on low flame for another 2-3 mins.
  10. Serve hot with dal, rice, roti, etc.
