INGREDIENTS:
- Mutton chops - 1/2 kg
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder - 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder - less than 1/4 tsp
- Fennel seeds powder - 1 tsp
- Onion - 1/2 small (Finely chopped)
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - for frying
- Eggs - 2
- Refined flour - as required
- Bread Crumbs - as required
- Kasoori methi - 1 tsp
- Carom seeds - 1 Pinch
- Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
- Take a cooker. Put chops & all ingredients & stir for once. Add a glass of water, close cooker & boil the chops.
- Take a bowl. Beat eggs with carom seeds, sesame seeds, kasoori methi, refined flour.
- Dip chops in the batter & keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan. Put chops one by one, flip & fry till golden brown.
- Serve hot with dal & rice or you can simply have it on snacks time.
