CRISPY MUTTON CHOPS FRY || CHOPS FRY BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Mutton chops - 1/2 kg
  2. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  3. Red chili powder - 1 tbsp
  4. Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
  5. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  6. Garam masala powder - less than 1/4 tsp
  7. Fennel seeds powder - 1 tsp
  8. Onion - 1/2 small (Finely chopped)
  9. Salt - to taste
  10. Oil - for frying
FOR COATING:
  1. Eggs - 2
  2. Refined flour - as required
  3. Bread Crumbs - as required
  4. Kasoori methi - 1 tsp
  5. Carom seeds - 1 Pinch
  6. Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
METHOD:
  1. Take a cooker. Put chops & all ingredients & stir for once. Add a glass of water, close cooker & boil the chops.
  2. Take a bowl. Beat eggs with carom seeds, sesame seeds, kasoori methi, refined flour.
  3. Dip chops in the batter & keep aside.
  4. Heat oil in a pan. Put chops one by one, flip & fry till golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with dal & rice or you can simply have it on snacks time.
