TUR KI KHATTI DAL || DAL RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins

- Tur dal - 250 gms
- Green chillies - 10-12
- Tomatoes - 2 Big (Cut into cubes)
- Onion - 1 Small (Cut into cubes)
- Tamarind - 10 gms
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Garlic - 5-6 (Crushed)
- Cumin & Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- fenugreek seeds - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - few
- Dry red chilli - 2
- Ghee - 1 Spoon
- Take a cooker. Add 2 glass of water, all ingredients except for tempering, fenugreek seeds 1 pinch, curry leaves 3-4, put the lid & cook till 2-3 whistles.
- Add water as required in boiled dal & mix well.
- Heat Ghee in a cooking pot. Add the tempering & saute.
- Add dal & cover, cook till it boils. Turn off the flame & serve it after 5-10 mins.
- Serve hot with plain rice & with some sabzi or fried chicken or chicken masala.
