POMFRET FISH FRY || FISH RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins

- Pomfret - 12 Pieces
- Cumin powder - 1 tspRed chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Tandoori chicken powder - 1 tsp
- Kashmiri Lal Mirch - 1/4 tsp
- Crushed Garlic - 6-7
- Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Rice flour - 2 tbsp
- Carom seeds - 1 Pinch
- Oil - as required for frying
- Take a plate. Put all the ingredients & mix with water 2 tbsp.
- Spread the masala on fish, keep aside & marinate for 15-20 mins.
- Coat the fish with rice & carom seeds.
- Heat Oil in a pan. Put the fish one by one & let it fry. Gently flip & fry till golden brown.
- Sprinkle chat masala. Serve hot with dal & rice.
