POMFRET FISH FRY || FISH RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD


  • PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Pomfret - 12 Pieces
  2. Cumin powder - 1 tspRed chilli powder - 1 tsp
  3. Tandoori chicken powder - 1 tsp
  4. Kashmiri Lal Mirch - 1/4 tsp
  5. Crushed Garlic - 6-7
  6. Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
  7. Salt - to taste
  8. Rice flour - 2 tbsp
  9. Carom seeds - 1 Pinch
  10. Oil - as required for frying
METHOD:
  1. Take a plate. Put all the ingredients & mix with water 2 tbsp.
  2. Spread the masala on fish, keep aside & marinate for 15-20 mins.
  3. Coat the fish with rice & carom seeds.
  4. Heat Oil in a pan. Put the fish one by one & let it fry. Gently flip & fry till golden brown.
  5. Sprinkle chat masala. Serve hot with dal & rice.
