- PREPARATION TIME: 15 MIns

- Chicken - 1 1/2 Kg
- Basmati Rice - 1 1/2 kg
- Tomatoes - 1/2 kg (Cubes)
- Fried Onions - 1/2 kg
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 2 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
- Curd - 300 gms
- Green coriander - 1 Cup
- Mint leaves - 1 Cup
- Lemons - 2
- Green chillies - 2-3
- Bay leaf - 2
- Cinnamon stick - 1/2
- Green Cardamom - 2
- Cloves - 3
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Salt - To taste
- Oil - 250 gms
- Make a cut in Chicken & keep aside.
- Take a mixer jar, add tomatoes, fried onions & grind in a fine paste.
- Add Curd & grind.
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste, salt to taste & grind for once. Keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a cooking pot & fry Chicken, take out & keep aside.
- In the same oil add spices, paste, cover & cook for 10-15 mins.
- Add chicken to the masala & cook for another 15-20 mins.
- Add lemon, green chilies & stir well.
- Cover & cook for another 10-15 mins on low flame.
- Take a big cooking pot & grease with Oil/Ghee.
- Layer the Pulav as shown in the video.
- Cover the lid with a cloth & cook for another 15-20 mins on low flame.
