RAWA KHEER || SWEET RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Milk - 1 ltr
  2. Rawa (Semolina) - 1 Cup
  3. Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
  4. Kewda Essence - 2-3 drops
  5. Sugar - 2 Cups
  6. Cashews - 10-15
  7. Cashews - few for garnishing
  8. Ghee - 1 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Boil milk more than 2-3 times & keep aside.
  2. Heat Ghee in a cooking pot. Add cashews & saute till golden brown, take out & keep aside.
  3. Add Cashews, cardamom powder & saute.
  4. Add Rawa saute on low flame.
  5. Add a glass of water & stir it continuously.
  6. Add sugar & stir it continuously.
  7. Add milk & stir it continuously.
  8. Stir it till it gets thick.
  9. After that cook it for another 2-4 mins.
  10. Add Kewda Essence. Stir & cook for another 2-3 mins.
  11. Turn off the flame & keep half uncovered.
  12. Garnish with roasted cashews. 
  13. Serve hot or chilled.
