RAWA KHEER || SWEET RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 05 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 15-20 Mins
- SERVINGS: 4-5
- Milk - 1 ltr
- Rawa (Semolina) - 1 Cup
- Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
- Kewda Essence - 2-3 drops
- Sugar - 2 Cups
- Cashews - 10-15
- Cashews - few for garnishing
- Ghee - 1 Spoon
- Boil milk more than 2-3 times & keep aside.
- Heat Ghee in a cooking pot. Add cashews & saute till golden brown, take out & keep aside.
- Add Cashews, cardamom powder & saute.
- Add Rawa saute on low flame.
- Add a glass of water & stir it continuously.
- Add sugar & stir it continuously.
- Add milk & stir it continuously.
- Stir it till it gets thick.
- After that cook it for another 2-4 mins.
- Add Kewda Essence. Stir & cook for another 2-3 mins.
- Turn off the flame & keep half uncovered.
- Garnish with roasted cashews.
- Serve hot or chilled.
