BOMBAY DUCK FISH FRY || FISH RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD



  • PREPARATION TIME: 05 Mins
  • COOKING TIME: 10-15 Mins

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Bombay duck - 15-20
  2. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  3. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  4. Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Sabzi masala - 1 tsp
  6. Ginger Garlic paste - 1/4 tsp
  7. Lemon - 1 tsp
  8. Rice Flour - For coating
  9. Salt - to taste
  10. Oil - Fry frying
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl. Put Bombayduck & all ingredients & mix it.
  2. Keep it for 15-20 mins for marination.
  3. After 15-20 mins. Coat the fish with Rice Flour & keep aside.
  4. Heat Oil. Add garlic, put one by one fish in oil & let fry till golden brown.
  5. Gently flip & fry.
  6. Serve hot with ketchup.
