BOMBAY DUCK FISH FRY || FISH RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 05 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 10-15 Mins
- SERVINGS: 4-5
- Bombay duck - 15-20
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Sabzi masala - 1 tsp
- Ginger Garlic paste - 1/4 tsp
- Lemon - 1 tsp
- Rice Flour - For coating
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - Fry frying
- Take a bowl. Put Bombayduck & all ingredients & mix it.
- Keep it for 15-20 mins for marination.
- After 15-20 mins. Coat the fish with Rice Flour & keep aside.
- Heat Oil. Add garlic, put one by one fish in oil & let fry till golden brown.
- Gently flip & fry.
- Serve hot with ketchup.
