PRAWNS 65 || PRAWNS RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Prawns - 300 gms
  2. Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
  3. Kashmiri Lal Mirch Powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Garam Masala Powder - less than 1/4 tsp
  6. Cumin Powder - 1/4 tsp
  7. Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
  8. Corn Flour - 2 tbsp
  9. Lemon - 1/2
  10. Salt - To taste
  11. Oil - Shallow Frying
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl. Add Prawns, all masalas, lemon juice & mix well.
  2. Heat a pan. Put Prawns & simmer until the water gets absorbed.
  3. Turn off the flame. Take it out & let cool at room temperature.
  4. Take a bowl, add prawns & cornflour & mix.
  5. Heat oil in a pan. Put Prawns one by one in Oil & fry till golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with Tomato ketchup.
