IMLI AUR GUD KI CHUTNEY || CHUTNEY RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD

  • PREPARATION TIME: 5 Mins
  • COOKING TIME: 10 Mins
INGREDIENTS:
  1. Tamarind - 100 gms
  2. Jaggery - 150 gms
  3. Crushed Garlic Cloves - 6-7
  4. Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
  5. Roasted Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
  6. Dry Ginger Powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Salt - To Taste
METHOD:
  1. Soak Tamarind in hot water. With the help of a strainer extract the pulp.
  2. Take a cooking pot. Add the pulp & jaggery, all ingredients & keep on low flame & stir continuously.
  3. When the Chutney changes color, turn off the flame & let it cool at room temperature.
  4. Store in a container.
