IMLI AUR GUD KI CHUTNEY || CHUTNEY RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 5 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 10 Mins
- Tamarind - 100 gms
- Jaggery - 150 gms
- Crushed Garlic Cloves - 6-7
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
- Roasted Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
- Dry Ginger Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - To Taste
- Soak Tamarind in hot water. With the help of a strainer extract the pulp.
- Take a cooking pot. Add the pulp & jaggery, all ingredients & keep on low flame & stir continuously.
- When the Chutney changes color, turn off the flame & let it cool at room temperature.
- Store in a container.
