- Mutton Pieces - 600 gms
- Potatoes - 3 Big (Cut in 2 equal halves)
- Tomato - 2 Big (Chopped)
- Onion - 1 Big (Sliced)
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder - 2 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2tsp
- Kashmiri Lal Mirch Powder - 1 tsp
- Dry Coconut Powder - 2 tbsp
- Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Kasoori Methi - 1 tsp
- Curd - 1 cup
- Green Chillies - 2
- Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
- Bay Leaf - 2
- Cinnamon Stick - 2
- Cardamom - 2
- Cloves - 2
- Salt - To taste
- Vanaspati ghee - 1 Spoon
- Oil - 2 Spoon
METHOD:
- Heat Oil & Vanaspati ghee in a cooker. Add Spices & Saute. Add Onion, tomatoes, dry masalas, green chillies with little water & stir & saute.
- Add mutton pieces, salt to taste, cover & cook for about 5-6 mins.
- After 5-6 mins, add a glass of water, cover & cook till the mutton tenders.
- Add Garam masala, Kasoori Methi, Potatoes, if needed add salt to taste, 1/2 glass of water & stir well. Cover & cook till 1 whistle.
- Serve hot with Plain Rice, Roti, Paratha etc.
