ALOO GOSHT KA SALAN || NON VEG RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Mutton Pieces - 600 gms 
  2. Potatoes - 3 Big (Cut in 2 equal halves)
  3. Tomato - 2 Big (Chopped)
  4. Onion - 1 Big (Sliced)
  5. Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
  6. Coriander Powder - 2 tbsp
  7. Turmeric Powder - 1/2tsp
  8. Kashmiri Lal Mirch Powder - 1 tsp
  9. Dry Coconut Powder - 2 tbsp
  10. Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
  11. Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
  12. Kasoori Methi - 1 tsp
  13. Curd - 1 cup
  14. Green Chillies - 2
  15. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  16. Bay Leaf - 2
  17. Cinnamon Stick - 2
  18. Cardamom - 2
  19. Cloves - 2
  20. Salt - To taste
  21. Vanaspati ghee - 1 Spoon
  22. Oil - 2 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Heat Oil & Vanaspati ghee in a cooker. Add Spices & Saute. Add Onion, tomatoes, dry masalas, green chillies with little water & stir & saute.
  2. Add mutton pieces, salt to taste, cover & cook for about 5-6 mins.
  3. After 5-6 mins, add a glass of water, cover & cook till the mutton tenders.
  4. Add Garam masala, Kasoori Methi, Potatoes, if needed add salt to taste, 1/2 glass of water & stir well. Cover & cook till 1 whistle.
  5. Serve hot with Plain Rice, Roti, Paratha etc.
