BHINDI GOSHT KA SALAN || NON VEG RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Mutton Pieces - 1/2 Kg
  2. Lady finger - 250 gms
  3. Tomatoes - 2 Big (Sliced)
  4. Onion - 1 Big (Chopped)
  5. Tamarind - 10 gms
  6. Curd - 2 tbsp
  7. Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
  8. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  9. Coriander Powder - 2 tbsp
  10. Kashmiri lal mirch powder - 1 tsp
  11. Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
  12. Dry Coconut powder - 2 tbsp
  13. Green Coriander - 1 1/2 Cup
  14. Salt - To taste
  15. Oil - 2 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Heat a cooker. Put mutton pieces, turmeric powder, salt to taste, onion & mix well.
  2. After 3-4 mins add Oil & mix.
  3. Add all masalas, tomatoes, green coriander, little water & mix well.
  4. Add Curd & mix. Add a glass of water & cover & cook until the meat tenders.
  5. Add Lady Finger & mix well.
  6. Add soaked tamarind water, a glass of water & mix well.
  7. Add green coriander, salt to taste & mix.
  8. Add 1/2 glass of water cover the lid & cook till 1 whistle.
  9. And it's ready.
  10. Serve hot with plain rice.
