- PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 25-30 Mins
- SERVINGS: 05
- Mutton Pieces - 1/2 Kg
- Lady finger - 250 gms
- Tomatoes - 2 Big (Sliced)
- Onion - 1 Big (Chopped)
- Tamarind - 10 gms
- Curd - 2 tbsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander Powder - 2 tbsp
- Kashmiri lal mirch powder - 1 tsp
- Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
- Dry Coconut powder - 2 tbsp
- Green Coriander - 1 1/2 Cup
- Salt - To taste
- Oil - 2 Spoon
- Heat a cooker. Put mutton pieces, turmeric powder, salt to taste, onion & mix well.
- After 3-4 mins add Oil & mix.
- Add all masalas, tomatoes, green coriander, little water & mix well.
- Add Curd & mix. Add a glass of water & cover & cook until the meat tenders.
- Add Lady Finger & mix well.
- Add soaked tamarind water, a glass of water & mix well.
- Add green coriander, salt to taste & mix.
- Add 1/2 glass of water cover the lid & cook till 1 whistle.
- And it's ready.
- Serve hot with plain rice.
