MUTTON KABAB PAV || KABAB RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 10-15 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 10-15 Mins
- SERVINGS: 4-5
- Mutton Mince - 1/2 Kg
- Onion - 1 Big (Chopped)
- Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
- Crushed Dry red chilli - 1 tbsp
- Ginger - 1/2 (Small Cubes)
- Garlic - 6-7
- Green chilli - 2
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Nutmeg & Mace powder - 1 Pinch
- Mint leaves - 1/2 Cup
- Green Coriander - 1/2 Cup
- Roasted Besan - 2 tbsp
- Salt - To taste
- Oil - Shallow Frying
METHOD:
- Take a mixer jar. Add Mince, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilli, Cumin Seeds, Green Coriander, Mint leaves & grind well.
- Take a bowl, Add ground mince, all masalas, onion. Mix with hands, Keep aside & marinate for 1 hr.
- After 1 hr, Add roasted besan, salt to taste & mix well.
- Grease your palms & give shape to kababs.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add Kababs one by one & fry till golden brown.
- Gently flip & fry till golden brown.
- Serve hot.
