MUTTON KABAB PAV || KABAB RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Mutton Mince - 1/2 Kg
  2. Onion - 1 Big (Chopped)
  3. Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  4. Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
  5. Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
  6. Crushed Dry red chilli - 1 tbsp
  7. Ginger - 1/2 (Small Cubes)
  8. Garlic - 6-7
  9. Green chilli - 2
  10. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  11. Nutmeg & Mace powder - 1 Pinch
  12. Mint leaves - 1/2 Cup
  13. Green Coriander - 1/2 Cup
  14. Roasted Besan - 2 tbsp
  15. Salt - To taste
  16. Oil - Shallow Frying
METHOD:
  1. Take a mixer jar. Add Mince, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilli, Cumin Seeds, Green Coriander, Mint leaves & grind well.
  2. Take a bowl, Add ground mince, all masalas, onion. Mix with hands, Keep aside & marinate for 1 hr.
  3. After 1 hr, Add roasted besan, salt to taste & mix well.
  4. Grease your palms & give shape to kababs.
  5. Heat oil in a pan. Add Kababs one by one & fry till golden brown.
  6. Gently flip & fry till golden brown.
  7. Serve hot.
