SPECIAL CHAT MASALA || DRY MASALA BY AYESHA'S WORLD


  • PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins
  • COOKING TIME: 10 Mins
INGREDIENTS:
  1. Black Pepper - 1 tsp
  2. Coriander Seeds - 3 tsp
  3. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  4. Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp
  5. Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
  6. Black salt - 1/2 tsp
  7. Salt - To Taste
METHOD:
  1. Heat a pan. Put all ingredients except for Black salt & salt & dry roast.
  2. Take a mixer jar. Put all roasted ingredients, Black salt & salt to taste & grind into a fine powder.
  3. Take out & store in a container & keep it in the refrigerator.
  • TIPS:
  1. Use it for Pani Puri, Dahi Puri, Ragada etc..
