HOW TO MAKE STRAWBERRY JAM AT HOME | STRAWBERRY RECIPES | JAM RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Strawberries - 1/2 Kg (Cut them into small pieces)
  2. Sugar - 2 Cups
  3. Citric Acid - 1 Pinch
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl. Add strawberries, sugar & refrigerate for overnight.
  2. Place a pan on high flame, add strawberries mixture & cook till done.
  3. To mash strawberries, press them against another spoon.
  4. Lift a little amount of hot syrup in a metal spoon, turn spoon to let syrup fall from one edge. As the syrup thickens, large drops will form on the edge of the spoon.
  5. Add citric acid & mix well.
  6. Boil water & add into the jar to sterilize it.
  7. Place a metal spoon diagonally in the sterilized jar, pour the hot jam into it.
  8. Once the jam cools down, take the spoon out of the jar.
  9. Spread on bread, roti.
