INGREDIENTS:
  1. Semolina - 2 Cups
  2. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  3. Sesame Seeds - 1 tsp
  4. Soda Bicarb - 1/4 tsp
  5. Salt - To taste
  6. Oil - For Frying
METHOD:
  1. Heat a vessel, add water - 1 1/2 litre. Put the lid & cook till boiling point.
  2. Add all the ingredients, semolina & stir continuously.
  3. Turn the flame to low, continuously stir & cook until the batter gets thicker.
  4. Spread a plastic mat or butter paper. Mix the mixture for once.
  5. Take a chakli maker, add mixture & give the desired shape of chakli.
  6. Dip your fingers in a bowl of water, gently pick badi & transfer it into another big thal.
  7. Keep them under sunlight for 2-3 days & let them completely dry.
  8. Heat oil in a karahi. In hot oil, add badi one by one & let it fry inside out.
  9. Serve with Dal & Rice.
