TASTY & EASY PRAWNS KEEMA MASALA || KEEMA MASALA BY AYSEHA'S WORLD

- Prawns- 250 gms (Chopped)
- Green Peas - 1 Cup
- Spring Onions - 1 Cup (Chopped)
- Onion - 1 Big (Chopped)
- Tomato - 1 Big (Chopped)
- Curd - 1 tsp
- Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 2 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
- Kashmiri lal mirch powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
- Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Fennel powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Green chilli - 1 (Chopped)
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Bay leaf - 1
- Black pepper - 7-8
- Cinnamon stick - 1
- Cloves - 2
- Green cardamom - 1
- Coriander - Few
- Salt - To taste
- Ghee - 1/2 Spoon
- Oil - 1 Spoon
- Heat a pan. Add Prawns, Turmeric powder a pinch, salt to taste & bring to a boil.
- Heat Oil & Ghee in a pan. Add Cumin, Cardamom, Bay leaf, Cinnamon stick & saute.
- Add Onions, tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste & saute.
- Add all dry masalas. Add little water, cover & simmer for 2-3 mins.
- Add Curd & mix well. Add Peas & mix. Cover & simmer.
- Add boiled prawns, spring onion, water 1/2 glass & mix.
- Add Black pepper, green coriander, cover & simmer for 10 mins.
- Mix well & simmer for another 2-3 mins.
- Serve hot with roti, naan, paratha, bread. Serve with lemon slices, onion slices, green coriander.
