TASTY & EASY PRAWNS KEEMA MASALA || KEEMA MASALA BY AYSEHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Prawns- 250 gms (Chopped)
  2. Green Peas - 1 Cup
  3. Spring Onions - 1 Cup (Chopped)
  4. Onion - 1 Big (Chopped)
  5. Tomato - 1 Big (Chopped)
  6. Curd - 1 tsp
  7. Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
  8. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  9. Red chilli powder - 2 tbsp
  10. Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
  11. Kashmiri lal mirch powder - 1 tsp
  12. Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
  13. Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
  14. Fennel powder - 1 tsp
  15. Cumin powder - 1 tsp
  16. Green chilli - 1 (Chopped)
  17. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  18. Bay leaf - 1
  19. Black pepper - 7-8
  20. Cinnamon stick - 1
  21. Cloves - 2
  22. Green cardamom - 1
  23. Coriander - Few
  24. Salt - To taste
  25. Ghee - 1/2 Spoon
  26. Oil - 1 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Heat a pan. Add Prawns, Turmeric powder a pinch, salt to taste & bring to a boil.
  2. Heat Oil & Ghee in a pan. Add Cumin, Cardamom, Bay leaf, Cinnamon stick & saute.
  3. Add Onions, tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste & saute.
  4. Add all dry masalas. Add little water, cover & simmer for 2-3 mins.
  5. Add Curd & mix well. Add Peas & mix. Cover & simmer.
  6. Add boiled prawns, spring onion, water 1/2 glass & mix.
  7. Add Black pepper, green coriander, cover & simmer for 10 mins.
  8. Mix well & simmer for another 2-3 mins.
  9. Serve hot with roti, naan, paratha, bread. Serve with lemon slices, onion slices, green coriander.
