CRISPY & TASTY MANDAILI FISH FRY || FISH RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Mandaili - 250 gms 
  2. Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  3. Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  4. Cumin powder - 1 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  6. Salt - to taste
  7. Garlic & Green chilli paste - 1 tsp
  8. Lemon - 1/2
  9. Oil - For frying.
FOR COATING:
  1. Rice flour - 3 tbsp
  2. Breadcrumbs - 1 tbsp
METHOD:
  1. Add all ingredients to fish & keep aside for 1/2 hr to marinate.
  2. Coat the fish & keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Put fish one by one & let fry till golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with dal & rice.
