CRISPY & TASTY MANDAILI FISH FRY || FISH RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 15 Mins
- SERVINGS: 5
- Mandaili - 250 gms
- Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Garlic & Green chilli paste - 1 tsp
- Lemon - 1/2
- Oil - For frying.
FOR COATING:
- Rice flour - 3 tbsp
- Breadcrumbs - 1 tbsp
- Add all ingredients to fish & keep aside for 1/2 hr to marinate.
- Coat the fish & keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Put fish one by one & let fry till golden brown.
- Serve hot with dal & rice.
