PALAK AND SOYA SABZI WITH CHICKEN || CHICKEN RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Spinach - 2 Bunch
  2. Shepu - 2 Bunch
  3. Chicken pieces - 250 gms
  4. Onion - 1 Big (chopped)
  5. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  6. Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  7. Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  8. Green coriander - 1/4 Cup
  9. Salt - To taste
  10. Oil - 1/2 Cup
METHOD:
  1. Heat Chicken, Onion, Turmeric powder & salt to taste in the cooker.
  2. Add Oil & saute.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste & saute.
  4. Add Red chilli powder & saute.
  5. Add Spinach & Shepu & mix well. Put the lid without a whistle, simmer.
  6. Add Green coriander & mix well. Put on the lid & cook for 2-3 whistles.
  7. Simmer the extra water. (If any).
  8. Serve after 5 mins. Serve hot with roti, rice & dal.
