JEERA MEETHI MASALA || DRY MASALA BY AYESHA'S WORLD


INGREDIENTS:
  1. Cumin Seeds 2 tsp
  2. Fenugreek Seeds 1 tsp
  3. Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
  4. Rice 1 tsp
  5. Urad dal 1 tsp
  6. Chana Dal 1 tsp
  7. Curry Leaves 6-7 Sprigs
METHOD:
  1. Heat a pan. Roast all of them for about 2-3 mins. Take out. Cool down on room temperature.
  2. Store in an airtight container.
